**2. Appointments**
– Appointments can be scheduled by phone, online, or in person.
– We kindly request that you arrive 10 minutes before your scheduled time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened appointment, rescheduling, or cancellation.
– Clients must provide accurate and complete health information prior to receiving treatments. Failure to disclose health information can result in service refusal.
**3. Cancellations and No-Show Policy**
– A 24-hour notice is required for the cancellation or rescheduling of any appointment.
– Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment may result in a cancellation fee of 50% of the scheduled service.
– No-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled service fee.
**4. Payment and Refunds**
– Payment for services is due at the time of the appointment. We accept cash, credit cards, and approved financing options.
– All purchases of services, packages, and gift certificates are non-refundable. Any prepaid treatments or packages are transferable to another individual but cannot be refunded.
– For any issues related to a treatment, please contact us within 48 hours of the service.

– Packages and promotional offers are valid only for the time specified in the offer and are non-transferable unless stated otherwise.
– Promotions and discounts cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
– All packages must be used within the designated expiration period. Expired packages are non-refundable and non-extendable.

– By undergoing any treatments, you acknowledge that you have informed the provider of all medical conditions, including pregnancy, allergies, and pre-existing conditions, that may affect your treatment.
– Certain treatments require a signed consent form. Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian’s consent before receiving any service.
– Lavish Wellness & Aesthetics is not responsible for any adverse effects caused by non-disclosure of health information.
**7. Results and Guarantees**
– Results from our treatments may vary based on the individual. While we strive to provide the best outcomes, results are not guaranteed, as each individual’s response to treatment differs.
– Post-treatment care instructions are provided and must be followed to achieve optimal results. Lavish Wellness & Aesthetics is not responsible for any complications that arise from failure to follow aftercare instructions.
