Reserving Your Appointment

A $50 deposit secures your consultation and holds your appointment time. If you move forward with treatment, the full $50 is applied toward your service. If you choose not to treat, it covers your consultation.

Your time is reserved just for you. When an appointment is missed or cancelled last-minute, that time usually can’t be offered to another patient who’s been waiting. To keep our schedule fair for everyone, we ask for at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule.

• 24+ hours’ notice: Reschedule or cancel freely. Your deposit stays on file toward your next visit.
• Less than 24 hours’ notice or a missed appointment: Your $50 deposit becomes a non-refundable cancellation fee.

Life happens, and we understand. Just call or text us as early as you can, and we’ll do our best to find you a new time.
